| Presidential Guest House – ASGISA
& JIPSA Thanks Giving Dinner |

On Friday 31 August 2007 our Deputy President
hosted a Thanks Giving dinner at Bryntirion Estate and Oasys
was once again contracted to supply and setup infrastructure
for yet another event held at the Presidential Guest House.
Attending this event were the likes of: President – Thabo Mbeki, Our Deputy President – Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, VIP Guests, Captains of Industry, the Media and SABC television broadcasting.
The event began with guests being motioned up a 20m raised carpeted walkway into a 10m x 20m Clearspan Marquee lit with elegant chandeliers, cream draping and bronze scallops, to mingle amongst themselves and enjoy a few pre-drinks before the formalities began.
Just before formalities were set to start, guests were ushered to their seats. Our 20m x 50m Clearspan Dining Marquee was once again lit with 20 elegant chandeliers and decorated with cream draping and bronze scallops. The 48 tables were darned with exquisite Gold swirl damask tablecloths and floral centre pieces with candelabras.
After the plated dinner was served the guests were entertained
for the rest of the evening by a Marimba band and DJ.
All formalities were broadcasted live via SABC and all guests were able to view these formalities and entertainment on two seamless 3m x 3m plasma screens.
To facilitate the back of house the following marquees and infrastructure was provided:
