As a full service events company, at Oasys Events we understand that your event is where you meet your customers. We therefore also understand that your event is not a party, and that together we should turn it into a marketing investment. We do not want your customers to leave the event without any marketing value or positive perceptions. Together we will get the balance right of too little or too much. Together we will stay focused on your customers and create a comfortable and user-friendly environment.
As an events partner we will develop the events concept and take ownership and accountability of all activities. That is, from the design of the invitation, to the RSVP’s and guest reception, to the décor, entertainment, full infrastructure and logistical support.
Our competence spans across a wide field of customers, who all experienced memorable events, courtesy of Oasys Events. From the corporate hospitality for Vodacom at the Durban July and total infrastructure for their Beach Africa event, to the opening of the Majuba Power Station for Eskom.
The Nedbank Golf Challenge at Sun City is a traditional “repeat”
event for corporate hospitality and infrastructure for all sponsors,
while the Cricket World Cup hospitality marquees and facilities
were moved around the country for every match.
Confidence from the public sector is also evident in infrastructure for numerous events staged for the South African Government, with projects such as the Independent Electoral Commission, 10 years of democracy and the inauguration of President Thabo Mbeki.
On the international front, the infrastructure was supplied for the media and accreditation centers at the Africa Unity Summit in Mozambique, the road show launch of Becks Beer for Namibia Breweries and infrastructure for the Congolese peace talks.
The modus operandi of Oasys Events includes professional upfront consultation and strategy development without initial financial obligation. With over 300 events every year, from private cocktail and dinner events and staff team building sessions, to large infrastructure for public events, we will prepare a memorable event for every occasion.
